How To Enter Content

Content, or creatives, are another required component if you have an integrated ESP.

This content will be used to replace the place holder, <#content#>, that you added to your template.

You can have multiple contents entered on Send Planner for any offer. In the case of multiple, Send Planner will randomly select your content.

From the dashboard, click on content in the left hand menu. Once on the content page, click the create content button on the right hand side.

Fill out all of the fields and click the green save button once completed.

Subject Line – Enter the subject line for this specific creative

Select Offer – Select the offer from Send Planner that this creative belongs with.

From Name – If you want to use the default from name that was entered when setting up your template, leave this blank. If you want to override your default from name to be specific to this content, enter your desired from name.

Editor – This is where you will design your creative. If you have your creative in html, you can simply select “view” then “source code” and paste it in.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you want to have unique tracking in your affiliate emails, you must add <#tracking#> in your link. This will be replaced with List Name (from Send Planner) and date of send. So if your list name was GS and you sent the email on July 26 that tracking would show up like this GS_July262024.
