Exporting A Plan

If you do not have an integrated ESP, Send Planner will not schedule your emails. In this case, you will manually schedule your emails using the plan that Send Planner creates.

While you can use the digital version of the planner, many users like to have a printed copy of the planner to work from. Printing the planner out makes it easy to keep track where you are within any given day or week.

To export a plan, go to the plan screen and click the yellow export plan button .

In the popup, you will be able to select your beginning date and ending date. You can export up to 7 days at a time. If you need to export a longer period, you will need to do so in 7 day increments.

Once you enter your dates, click the purple export plan button and it will export your plan in .csv format.

The export will be formatted to fit up to 7 days in table form on one printed page.
