Changing Subscription Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

To change plans, go into your subscription. On the right of the screen, you can use the drop down menu to choose a new plan. You will have to confirm this change.

Changing plans will create a new next billing date. The system takes what you have already used from your current plan and applies it to the new plan.

Example: If you have an Enterprise plan at $199/month that bills on the 15th and change to a pro plan for $99/month on the 20th, the system will calculate how much of the $199 is remaining after 5 days and apply that to the new plan. In this case, you would have around $167 which would give you about 50 days until your next billing date at the new rate of $99.
