Pre-Planning

When creating a plan, Send Planner will look at previous plans in order to apply offer frequency rules.

On your first plan, you will not have any data stored.

You can create a plan without any history in Send Planner but there will be a chance that you will be sending offers that you sent recently to the same lists.

Alternatively, you can manually enter previous sending history into the planner prior to creating your first plan.

You will need to have your lists and offers already entered into the system. 

To complete this pre-planning, complete the following steps.

  • From the dashboard, click on plan
  • Click on any previous date that you want to enter sending history
  • Select the list and offer and click create.

You can enter as many days of sending history as you would like the system to take into account when creating your first plan.
